- 1 (12 oz.) Package of Franke’s Premium POPCORN Cornbread.Muffin Mix
- 1 2/3 Cups Milk
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 Cup Coconut oil (other oils can be substituted)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8″ x 8″ baking dish or 12 regular muffin tins. Place contents of package into mixing bowl; add milk, eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix just until blended. Pour batter into baking dish or muffin tins. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until center tests done. Yield: 12 muffins.
