Organic, Whole grain, gluten free baking mix made from popcorn. The 12 oz bag makes 10-12 4” light and fluffy pancakes or waffles with no preservatives. This product is certified Gluten Free by the Celiac Support Association.

Pancakes
- 1 (12 oz.) Package of Franke’s Premium POPCORN Pancake/Waffle Mix
- 1 Cup Milk (for thinner pancakes use 1 1/2 cups of milk)
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut oil (other oils can be substituted)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Mixing Directions:
Preheat griddle. Place contents of package into mixing bowl, add milk, beaten eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir until blended. Cook on hot griddle.
Waffles
- 1 (12 oz.) Package of Franke’s Premium POPCORN Pancake/Waffle Mix
- 1 to 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3 Tablespoons of shortening
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Mix as pancakes.
